At Jooble, our mission is to provide employers worldwide with an efficient and seamless talent acquisition experience. Publishing your job vacancies directly on our platform allows you to reach millions of active job seekers globally. To create your listing quickly and correctly, follow our updated step-by-step guide below.

Before you begin: To maintain high marketplace quality, all listings must comply with our policies. We highly recommend reviewing our dedicated Terms of Job Posting and Content Requirements before publishing.

How to Access the Job Creation Flow

Depending on your current account status, there are two primary ways to start creating a vacancy:

  • During Registration: If you are a new user, you will be prompted to outline and describe your very first job offer as part of your initial sign-up process.
  • From Your Dashboard: If you already possess an active employer profile, simply log in, locate the blue "Post a Job" button (located either in the top header area or directly inside your active workspace), and click it to initiate the setup flow.

Step 1: Filling Out the Job Specifications

The opening page forms the structural core of your vacancy description. Complete the following mandatory and optional parameters:

  1. Job Title: State the name of the position clearly and professionally. Avoid internal codes, punctuation bursts, or conversational call-to-actions (e.g., use "Customer Support Manager" instead of "Hiring Now!! Urgent Support Role!!!").
  2. Salary (Optional): Input the minimum and maximum financial compensation limits, currency, and payout frequency. Specifying realistic pay values increases candidate trust and significantly lowers overall response bounce rates.
  3. Location & Work Address: Entering a city or region (Location) is mandatory for all job posts. Once the city is filled in, an additional field for the precise street and number (Work address) will appear. If the position does not require a designated physical address or is fully remote, check the "This position does not require work at a certain address" checkbox — in this case, entering a specific street address is not required. You can also check options for abroad placements.
  4. Job Description: Provide a structured text summary detailing daily responsibilities, mandatory professional skills, core qualifications, and organizational perks.
Note for browser translation users: If you notice your text descriptions clipping or resetting while typing, temporarily disable external automated translation extensions (like Google Translate) for the Jooble domain to avoid formatting interference.

Step 2: Configuring Applications & Enhancements

Once your descriptive core text is established, click "Continue" to configure applicant routing and optional candidate evaluation tools:

  • Application Method (Domain-Specific): Depending on your local market domain settings, you can choose how candidates apply. Options may include receiving standard CV attachments via email, gathering basic text-based contact profiles, opting for direct telephone applications, or re-routing applicants straight to your external enterprise corporate webpage or Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Pre-qualifying Questions: You can add up to 5 custom screening questions to your job post application form. This filters out unqualified applicants and can reduce initial interviewing times by up to 40%.
  • Branding & Contact Visibility: Toggle options to expose your direct business telephone number to candidates or upload a high-resolution Company Logo to build brand recognition and attract more relevant applications.

Step 3: Verification, Submission & Moderation

If all requirements are successfully met, finalize the request by clicking the blue "Publish" button.

Once submitted, your vacancy enters our compliance verification loop:

  • Our moderation specialists will evaluate the entry. The standard review loop completes within 10 to 15 minutes during standard business operational hours, but can occasionally scale up to an hour during peak traffic times.
  • Upon approval, the vacancy instantly becomes live on the website. You can track real-time vacancy status directly in the "My Vacancies" segment of your employer account.
