    Immediately after selecting the "Top up balance" feature and filling out the payment information, an Invoice - Proforma is generated following the steps. This is an invoice for balance payment via bank details.
  • Payment confirmation email (after successful card payment):
    Immediately after successfully making a payment using a credit or debit card, you will receive a payment confirmation email. This email contains information that the funds have been deducted from your card and that you have successfully subscribed to our premium services.
  • Invoices/statements for service usage:/
    We send you invoices/statements every month that detail your expenses for the previous month, taking into account the services actually used. Let's consider this process using an example:

For example, you top up your account with 100 euros, and you receive a receipt for the top-up amount of 100 euros. You spend 20 euros during the current month, and at the beginning of the next month, you have 80 euros remaining in your account. During the first week of the new month, we send you a document to the email address you provided in the payment information. This document shows your expenses for the previous month, amounting to 20 euros. It's important to note that this document is generated automatically and sent to you within 1-10 business days.

This process is repeated until your balance runs out of funds. For example, if your expenses are as follows: the first month - 20 euros, the second month - 55 euros, and the third month - 5 euros, we will send you three documents with the corresponding expenses for each month.
