At Jooble, we integrate two payment systems, Paymentwall and Stripe, to enhance the convenience of our clients. Paymentwall serves as our primary payment gateway, acting as an intermediary between us and the client's bank to ensure secure and reliable transactions. Although rare, errors may occasionally occur during the payment process, and we are fully prepared to assist you in resolving any issues that may arise.

Types of Errors and Recommendations
- Authentication required. Please check if you are receiving an SMS to authorize your transactions, as the method may vary depending on your bank. Sometimes, issues during payment can be related to 3DSecure verification. If you encounter a problem, you might want to try completing the payment again, ensuring you follow all steps carefully.
- Approve with id. The payment was not authorized. Try to repeat the operation. In case of repeated error, contact your bank or use another payment card.
- Call issuer. Clarify the reason for the refusal with the card-issuing bank.
- Card not supported. Try using a different card. This card does not support such a transaction.
- Card velocity exceeded withdrawal count limit exceeded. Check the available balance or limit for transactions and try to repeat the payment.
- Currency not supported. Check the ability to make payments in the currency indicated on the payment page. Contact your bank to authorize the use of the required currency or try using another card.В
- Do not try again. Blocked without specifying the reason. Contact the card-issuing bank for details.
- Expired card. The card has expired. Try using another valid payment card.

- Check the credit card number and retry the operation.If you encounter this error, please ensure that you have correctly entered the card number. Only the card owner possesses this information, so please contact them directly.
- The transaction was declined. Please use another card or contact your bank. If you come across this error, it is possible that there are limitations or issues with your card. We recommend contacting your bank or trying to use another card.
- Card number missing or invalid. Check the card number and retry the operation. If this error appears, double-check that you have entered the card number correctly. Reach out to the card owner for the correct information.
- The transaction was declined due to a failed 3DS verification. If you receive this error, pay attention to the 3DS verification code and retry the transaction. This might be related to security measures implemented by your bank.
- The customer is not authorized for payment. If you encounter this error, it is possible that the Paymentwall payment system has blocked you due to suspicious activity. Please contact your bank or reach out to Paymentwall support to resolve this issue.
- Invalid security token. If you receive this error, check if you have entered the unique card identifier correctly. Retry the transaction after verifying the accuracy of the entered data.
