  • It looks like a fraud or scam: Please let us know if you come across a job offer that appears to be fraudulent or a scam. We are committed to protecting you from potential risks and maintaining the reliability of information on our platform. If a vacancy redirects you to a suspicious third-party website that requires registration or payment, make sure to report it to us immediately.
  • It's expired or closed by the employer: Your reports are essential for identifying outdated or incorrect job postings, helping us keep information accurate and current for all users.
  • Other issues: If your situation doesn't fit any of the categories above, select "Other" and provide a detailed description. Your feedback helps us identify and address new challenges.

How to submit a report

  1. Find the job posting you want to report and open its page.
  2. Scroll down and click "Report."
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit your report.

You can also contact us directly via the Help Center portal. When submitting a request, please include as much detail as possible about the vacancy:

  • A direct link to the job posting
  • The full job title and company name
  • The date you responded to the vacancy (if applicable)
  • Any correspondence received from a suspicious employer
  • A screenshot or scan provided by the employer as evidence of fraud

Your report is confidential. The employer will not receive any of your personal information in connection with your complaint.

What happens after you report?

We carefully review every complaint and, where necessary, take action — including editing or removing the job posting. Your reports are a key tool in ensuring that all listings on Jooble meet our quality and safety standards.
