If you are experiencing issues accessing your Jooble Employer Account, it is often due to minor input mismatches or region settings. Please go through the following quick verification steps to restore access to your corporate profile:

Regional Domain Note: Always log in to your account using the Jooble website domain of the specific country where your profile was originally created.
  1. Check Your Email Credentials: Ensure you are entering the correct email address linked to your registered Employer profile.
  2. Remove Accidental Spaces: Make sure no unnecessary spaces have been added before or after your email address or password during copy-pasting.
  3. Check the CapsLock Key: Verify that CapsLock is disabled, as passwords on Jooble are strictly case-sensitive.
  4. Select the Right Interface: Ensure you are trying to log in through the Employer portal, not the Jobseeker form.

Password Recovery Procedure

If you are confident that your credentials are typed accurately but you continue to receive an "Invalid password" alert, please follow these steps to reset your security keys:

Please double-check for active CapsLock keys or hidden leading/trailing spaces before requesting a complete password overhaul.
  1. Click the "Reset password" link on the login interface.
  2. Enter your registered corporate email address and click the "Restore my password" button.
  3. Open the password recovery email dispatched to your inbox and click the underlying verification link.
  4. Enter a new password and click "Save". We highly suggest documenting your new access codes in a secure credential manager for future reference.
In case you have updated your password but still face loading errors, please clear your browser's cookies and cache files, or re-attempt the entry using an alternative web browser.

If your access constraints persist after exhausting all steps outlined above, please open an inquiry ticket via the official Jooble Support Portal
