How to Report and Verify Corporate Ownership

To help our team verify your ownership and remove the unauthorized posting as quickly as possible, please submit an official removal request following these requirements:

  • Contact us from your Corporate Email. To instantly prove your connection to the company, please submit your request using an official business email address associated with your corporate domain (e.g., yourname@yourcompany.com). Requests from public domains (like Gmail or Yahoo) will require additional verification steps.
  • Provide the Vacancy Link. Include the exact URL/link to the unauthorized job posting on Jooble so our team can locate it instantly. You can also provide a screenshot or the name of the vacancy if you have not saved a link.
  • Company Verification Details. If your corporate email domain does not match the company name listed in the vacancy, please provide a link to your official website, active social media profiles, or any official registration paperwork that confirms your authorization to act on behalf of the brand.
