- Payment page – Streamlined checkout process for quicker payments.

New Monetization System: Plan-Based Job Posting

Job posting is now available through subscription-based plans. Employers can choose from three available plans depending on their hiring needs.

1. Free Plan

Post 1 job at a time for free.

Job stays live for 7 days.

Requires manual reactivation every 7 days.

Limited visibility and no access to promotional tools or newsletters.

2. Standard Plan

Paid job posting valid for 30 days.

Higher visibility in job search results.

Included in targeted job alert emails.

Access to additional features:

- Direct applications to your link (Google forms, site or ATS): Redirect candidates to your own form to keep all applications in one place

- Pre-qualifying questions:  Ask the candidate for additional info to proceed best matches faster

- Get applications via phone: Add your contact phone for faster applications from candidates

- Application without CV: Access candidate contact details (name, phone, location) to reach out quickly and close roles faster

3. Premium Plan

All Standard features, plus:

- Company logo display on job postings

- Maximum exposure in job alerts and on-site placement

Boosts and Visibility

Vacancies posted under the Standard or Premium plans:

- Are eligible for boosts — placement in relevant job newsletters.

- Appear higher in search results for relevant queries.

- Reach a larger and more targeted audience.

Free plan vacancies are not included in job alerts and have lower search visibility.
