To ensure all job offers meet our strict quality standards, every employer account must pass through our moderation process. If your account was suspended, declined, or blocked, this article will help you understand the core reasons and guide you on how to restore access.
Note: In the event of account disapproval, Jooble will always send an automated notification directly to your registered email address specifying the status of your profile.
Most employer accounts are blocked during the registration phase or shortly after posting vacancies due to the following reasons:
- Non-Corporate Email Domain. Using public email domains (such as @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, or @outlook.com) prevents automatic verification.
- Inactive or Broken Corporate Website. If your corporate email domain leads to an inactive, empty, or broken website, our moderation team cannot verify your business legitimacy.
- Job Seeker Complaints. If users report your vacancies for suspicious activity, misleading terms, or fraudulent recruitment practices, your account will be suspended immediately pending investigation.
- Policy Non-Compliance. Job offers or company activities that violate Jooble's internal safety policies.
The Standard Moderation Workflow
If your account is new or currently under review, the process usually takes just a few minutes and consists of the following stages:
- Account Verification. We check the basic information submitted during registration to eliminate misleading entries.
- Detailed Profile Review. Our dedicated moderation team carefully evaluates your company profile, industry background, and job details.
- Additional Document Requests. If there are any doubts regarding the authenticity of the business, Jooble reserves the right to request official legal paperwork, licenses, or verification certificates. Providing these promptly will help expedite the process.
- Publishing Approval. Once fully confirmed, your vacancies are promptly published, allowing you to utilize our Premium Posting tools to connect with candidates.
How to Unblock and Restore Your Account
If you believe your account was blocked by mistake, or if you are ready to provide the necessary documents to confirm your business identity, you can easily appeal the decision.
To request account reactivation, please submit an appeal directly via the Jooble Support Portal. Our team will review your ticket, guide you through the compliance checklist, and help you resolve any issues swiftly.
