Once the Employer Account is registered and its corporate email is verified, the confirmation email is sent. It may take up to 5 minutes for the confirmation letter to arrive.
If you have not received the confirmation letter, please ensure you have completed the following steps:
- you logged in to the right email address;
- you checked "Spam" and all the other folders of your mailbox.
If you have followed these steps and still haven't received the confirmation email, you can request a new one by selecting the "Resend confirmation email" option.
Make sure your corporate email is spelled correctly before sending another confirmation email
If you have reattempted the confirmation process and the email is still not appearing in your mailbox, please contact us through the portal using your corporate email address. In your email, clearly state your request and provide the Employer Account ID, which can be found in the upper right corner of your account.
It is possible that our emails are being blocked by your mail server. In such cases, you may need to seek assistance from your administrator or your email provider to allow the delivery of emails from Jooble.
