At Jooble, we want to help you connect with candidates as fast as possible. To keep our platform safe, we use a post-moderation system. If your vacancy or account was suspended, declined, or blocked during this review, this article will help you understand the reasons and guide you through restoring access.

Most blocks or suspensions occur during post-moderation due to the following reasons:

• Policy non-compliance. Your job offers or company activities violate Jooble's Terms of job posting and content requirements.
• Job seeker complaints. If users report your vacancies for suspicious activity, misleading terms, or fraudulent recruitment practices, your account will be suspended immediately pending investigation.
• Unverified business details. If we suspect a business isn't legitimate, our moderation team may block the account until we can verify your company's active website or official documents.

The Standard Moderation Workflow

Here is how the process works:

1. Smart vacancy creation. Create your post in the Job Builder. We provide writing tips and placeholder examples in the Title and Description fields to help you avoid formatting mistakes.
2. Instant publication. Choose a pricing plan and complete the payment, or publish for free if this option is available in your country. In either case, your vacancy is published on the website right away.
3. Post-moderation review. Our moderation team reviews the active vacancy. If we need to confirm your business details, we reserve the right to request official paperwork, licenses, or verification certificates.

How to unblock and restore your account

If you believe your account or vacancy was blocked by mistake, you can easily appeal the decision.
