Keeping track of your job applications makes your job search more organised. This article explains how to find all the jobs you have applied for on Jooble and what information is available to you.
Where to Find Your Applications
- Log in to your Jooble account.
- Click on Profile in the top menu.
- Select My Applications from the menu.

This page stores all the jobs you have applied for directly on Jooble. Please note: applications submitted on third-party websites to which you were redirected from Jooble are not included in this list.
If a vacancy has been closed or deleted by the employer, it will still appear in your list with a notification that the job has been closed.
What Application Statuses Mean
- Submitted — your application has been successfully sent to the employer.
- Viewed — the employer has opened your application.
- Closed — the vacancy has been deactivated by the employer. Your application was still received.
Response times vary by employer. If you have not heard back, see our article I have applied for a job but have not received a reply.
If You Applied as a Guest
If you applied for a job without creating a Jooble account, your application is not saved in the My Applications section. To track your applications in the future, we recommend creating a free account before applying.
What Do Employers See When You Apply?
When you submit an application on Jooble, the employer receives your resume and contact details. Make sure your profile is complete and up to date. For more details, see our article What do employers see when you apply for a job?
Please note: Jooble does not provide job search certificates, but we can export the data of the jobs you applied for on our site upon request.
