Unlike switching between plans, fully cancelling your subscription stops future billing altogether. Here's how to do it and what happens to your job postings afterward.
Before you cancel
Cancelling doesn't take your job postings offline immediately. Your current listing stays live for the period you've already paid for, and no refund is issued for the remaining time. See our Refund policy for details.
How to cancel your subscription
- Log in to your employer profile on Jooble for Employers.
- Go to Subscription management in your dashboard.
- To stop auto-renewal and close your subscription, contact our Support Team with your account ID. We'll turn off auto-renewal and confirm the exact date your listing goes offline.
Alternative: Downgrade to the Free plan
Where the Free plan is available in your country, switching to it is the simplest way to stop paid billing while keeping a job posting active under Free plan terms. See How to change your subscription on Jooble for the steps.
