How you pay for a Jooble subscription or a balance top-up depends on where you're based and what device you're using. Below is an overview of what's available, along with how to set up a payment profile.

Available Payment Methods

A standard debit or credit card works in every country where Jooble sells paid plans. In many markets, that card payment can also go through Google Pay or Apple Pay — Apple Pay needs Safari on an Apple device, Google Pay needs Chrome or an Android phone. Invoice payment by bank transfer is offered in most, but not all, countries.

The payment page in your account always shows exactly which of these apply to you, since the mix depends on both your country and your device.

How to Create a Payment Profile

  1. Click your account name in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Subscription management.
  3. Go to Payment information.
  4. Click Create new payment profile and fill in your details.
Important: if you're registered as a legal person with a VAT number, enter the VAT number and company name carefully — only what's saved at the moment you pay ends up on the invoice.

How Long Activation Takes

Card, Google Pay, and Apple Pay payments go through almost instantly, so your subscription or top-up activates right away. Bank transfers take longer because they depend on your bank — usually up to 5 business days from when you send the payment.

Past that window with nothing showing up? Contact our Support Team and attach proof of payment (a bank confirmation or transfer receipt works well) so we can verify it and switch on your account manually.
