Jooble offers invoice payment as an alternative to card payment for both individuals and legal entities, in most countries. Here's how to request and pay an invoice.

How to Request and Pay an Invoice

  1. Create a payment profile. Click Top up balance, then fill out the payer information form. This lets us store your payment details securely.
  2. Proceed to payment. Click Proceed to payment to go to the payment page, where you can choose between paying by card or by invoice.
  3. Receive the invoice. Once you select invoice payment, you'll get an invoice where you enter the amount you want to top up. You have 5 days to pay it.
  4. Pay the invoice. Use whichever payment method works best for you to settle the invoice.
  5. Invoice verification. Our accounting department verifies the payment. Once confirmed, an accountant approves the invoice through the employer moderation service.

Jooble supports several currencies for invoice payment, including euros, US dollars, and various national currencies, depending on your region and payment terms.

- How long do I have to pay an invoice?

5 days from when the invoice is issued.

- What happens if I don't pay within 5 days?

The invoice expires and the top-up won't go through. You'll need to request a new one to proceed with payment.

- Is invoice payment available in every country?

No. Availability depends on your region — where it's not offered, card is the only payment method. Check the payment page in your account for the options available to you.

- How long does it take for my balance to update after paying?

Once the accounting department verifies your payment and the invoice is approved, your balance updates accordingly.

- My card payment isn't going through. What should I do?
