From time to time, changes occur in a company's operations: the address, VAT number, or legal entity name may change. If such changes affect the payment data you use on the Jooble platform, it is important to know how to update them correctly so that future invoices are accurate.
How to update payment information?
We provide employers with full control over their payment data. You can change this data yourself in your account.
To make changes, please follow these steps:
Click on your account name in the top right corner.
Select the 'Subscription management' section.
Go to 'Payment information'.In this section, you can create new payment profiles.
Click 'Create new payment profile'.


Enter all the correct details.
Only the data you specified in the payment profile at the time of payment and account top-up are automatically pulled into the invoice.
Important: If you are a Legal person and have a VAT number, please make sure you have filled in the VAT and company name correctly.
