Notifications play a crucial role in keeping you updated on important activities and events within your Jooble Employer Account. By configuring your notification preferences, you can ensure that you receive timely updates regarding candidate applications, vacancy statuses, and financial alerts.
Step 1: Accessing Your Notification Settings
To modify your alert preferences, navigate to your personal account parameters:
- Log in to your Jooble Employer Account.
- Click on your username/profile panel in the upper right corner of the page to open the drop-down menu.
- Select "Settings" from the list of options to open the User settings interface.
- Scroll down to the dedicated "Notification settings" section located right below your personal contact fields.
Step 2: Configuring Notification Preferences
Inside the configuration block, you can individually manage the following alert types:
- Notifications about new feedback on your vacancies: Receive alerts whenever a candidate applies to your job openings.
- Vacancy suspension notification: Stay informed if any of your job offers are paused or hidden by the moderation team.
- Sale Notifications: Get updates regarding your account balance, transaction summaries, and invoice statuses.
- Product news (updates, innovations in employer account): Receive feature releases, system tooltips, and recruitment tips.
- Vacancies post notifications: Confirmation updates regarding newly published job distributions.
Simply tick the checkboxes next to the activities you wish to monitor or untick them to opt out of specific automated mailings.
Step 3: Saving Your Changes
Once your preferences are aligned with your recruitment routine, finalize the configuration:
- Click the blue "Save Changes" button located right below the checkbox directory.
- The system will immediately apply your new parameters to all future outbound summaries.
Multi-User Access Info: System alerts are routed directly to the individual email address specified in your profile settings. If your corporate account contains multiple managers, each employee can log in separately and personalize their own Notification settings panel.
