Managing the recruitment process efficiently requires seamless teamwork. Jooble allows you to add additional users to your corporate Employer Account, creating a centralized space for your hiring team to distribute tasks, delegate responsibilities, and optimize candidate management.

Key Benefits of Multi-User Access

  • Enhanced Productivity. Divide workflow by assigning one team member to draft job ads while another handles initial candidate screening.
  • Centralized Evaluation. Track applications, leave internal comments, and rate candidates collectively to make faster, data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Data Security & Control. Maintain complete confidentiality and comply with data protection laws by setting specific role privileges based on your organization's hierarchy.

Step-by-Step Guide: Inviting New Users to Your Account

Adding new team members to your dashboard is a straightforward process. Follow these instructions to set up multi-user access:

  1. Log in to your Jooble Employer Account using your corporate credentials.
  2. Click on your username/profile panel in the upper right corner of the dashboard to open the account menu, then click on the "Users" section.
  3. Inside the User Management panel, click the blue "Add a user" button located on the left side.
  4. On the "Adding a user" page, fill in the required employee fields:
    • Name: Enter the user's first and last name.
    • Email: Provide their individual corporate email address.
    • Password: Set up a temporary secure password for their initial login.
    • Phone number: Add their contact number.
    • Role: Choose the appropriate privilege level from the drop-down menu based on their hiring duties.
  5. Review all entries for accuracy and click the blue "Add" button to finalize the invitation.

Profile Activation & Notifications

Once you add the user, they will receive an email notification containing their access details and a verification link to log in to your shared corporate Jooble dashboard. If you need to grant access to multiple colleagues, simply return to the Users page and repeat the process for each team member.

If an invited user claims they have not received the registration link, please advise them to inspect their Spam folder or check our dedicated guide on Missing Confirmation Letters.
