When you submit an application through Jooble, employers receive specific information from your resume and application form. Understanding what is shared helps you make sure your application makes the best possible impression.
Information Sent to Employers
When you apply for a job directly on Jooble, employers receive the following:
- Contact details — your full name, email address, and phone number.
- Resume / CV — a document showing your qualifications, work experience, and skills. If you upload your own resume file, the employer sees all the information contained in that file.
- Answers to screening questions — if the employer has added additional questions to the job listing, your responses are included in the application sent to them.
How Is Your Application Delivered?
Jooble delivers your application to employers using two methods:
- Email delivery — your application data is sent directly to the employer's email address associated with the vacancy.
- ATS integration — employers who have integrated with Jooble receive your application directly into their applicant tracking system (ATS) or other recruitment management tool.
If You Apply via a Partner Vacancy
If you click Apply on a partner vacancy and are redirected to an external website, Jooble does not control what information is collected or how it is processed on that site. Your data is handled entirely by the third-party employer or job board. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of the external site before submitting your application.
Before You Apply: Checklist
Before sending your application, make sure:
- Your name, email address, and phone number are correct.
- Your resume is up to date and reflects your current experience and skills.
- You have reviewed and answered any screening questions carefully.
- If uploading a resume file, check that it does not contain any information you do not wish to share.
