- Confirm your email address: Make sure your email has been successfully confirmed. Look for a verification message from Jooble in your inbox.
- Verify active subscriptions: Go to your profile and ensure that your "Subscriptions" page actually has active job alerts running.
- Review mailing frequency: Check if your preferred email frequency (daily or weekly) is set up correctly and is currently active.
- Inspect alternative folders: Make sure Jooble automated newsletters did not accidentally end up in your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders. Mark them as "Not Spam" to fix this.
