We respect your decision to manage your corporate data. Before permanently closing your profile, we highly recommend considering a temporary solution that preserves your valuable progress on our platform.

Hide Your Vacancies Instead of Deleting
If you are pausing your recruitment process temporarily, deactivating your postings is more advantageous than deleting the entire account. This completely removes your job offers from public view while retaining all historical descriptions, templates, and setup data. If you choose to re-engage with the job market later, you can reactivate them instantly with a single click.

How to Temporarily Hide Your Job Postings

To conceal your active listings from job seekers while keeping your account intact, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your Jooble Employer Account and go to the job management section.
  2. Locate the job posting you wish to hide from public search results.
  3. Select the "Deactivate" option. This action removes the vacancy from public visibility while safely storing all data in your dashboard for future reference.

How to Permanently Delete Your Jooble Account

Should you still prefer to delete your account entirely, our support team is ready to assist you. To ensure security and prevent unauthorized profile closures, the deletion process must be handled manually.

Important Notice: Permanent account deletion is an irreversible action. All active vacancies, drafts, historical listings, company profiles, and applicant databases will be completely erased from Jooble and cannot be reinstated at a later time.

Steps to initiate the deletion process:

  1. Submit an official closure request through the Jooble Support Portal.
  2. In your ticket details, make sure to provide the exact email address associated with your Employer profile. This information is crucial for our managers to authenticate your ownership and proceed with the deletion promptly.
