Maintaining accurate contact information in your Jooble Employer Account is vital for effective communication with potential candidates. If you made a mistake during sign-up or your details have changed, you can easily update them to ensure candidates can reach you easily and that you receive essential notifications.

Changing Personal Contact Details (Name, Phone, Email)

To change your contact phone number, personal email address, name, or role, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your Jooble Employer Account.
  2. Click on your username/name in the upper right corner of the page to open the drop-down menu and select "Settings".

  1. In the "User Settings" section, modify the required fields:
    • Name: Update your first or last name.
    • Email: Modify the email address used for responses and notifications.
    • Phone number: Update your contact number for candidate inquiries.
    • Role: Adjust your role within the company if necessary. 
  2. Once you have made the necessary changes, click the "Save Changes" button located below the contact fields.

Important Notice on Email Changes: Once you change your contact email address, you will need to confirm it immediately. An automatic confirmation letter will be sent to your new address. Please follow the link inside that email to complete the verification process.

Changing Your Verification Corporate Email

If you need to change the main corporate email address that is used for the official verification of your company, you cannot do this manually through Settings due to security reasons.

  • Via Personal Manager: Check the right-hand side of your account dashboard. If you have an assigned personal manager, their direct contact details will be listed there. Please reach out to them directly to request the change.
  • Via Support Ticket: If you don't have a personal manager, please submit a request through our Support Portal using your registered corporate email. In your message, specify the reason for the change and provide your Employer ID (visible in your account profile).
